New Season, New Eating: Rolling our KINGS’ Updated Menu

Finally! We at KINGS are excited - and frankly, relieved - to be able to announce that we will be launching our new menu April 12th! Our inspired, innovative chefs have been hard at work for months crafting refining classic recipes and experimenting with bold new flavors and ingredients. While we’ve been delighted to sample some of their culinary concoctions, the strain of keeping it all a secret (not to mention the extra pounds we’ve packed on) has weighed on us. 
Luckily, all the cloak and dagger is done and we’re absolutely delighted to be able to share the good news with our guests. Our menu of genuine food - prepared in house, in our scratch kitchen - just got a makeover and we think you’re going to flip for our new flavors. Let’s start the tour, shall we?
 

Making the ‘Impossible’ Possible

Whether you’re a foodie or just an eater, you may have heard rumblings (and not of the stomach variety) about the latest trend of Impossible™ “meat” - an incredible plant-based meat substitute that looks, cooks and (most importantly) tastes like real meat. Well, this trend is no longer just a trend - it’s an exciting way of life here at KINGS. 
 
We are adding a variety of meat-free items made with the revolutionary Impossible™ products, including “Meatball” Appetizer, Impossible™ Vegan Burger, Impossible “Meatball” Pizza and “Meatball & Rice” Entree.

This is all part of our commitment to making our menu more transparent and customizable to our guests’ tastes and diets. Our new menu will call out items that can be modified or have ingredients substituted to make them vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free. All sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, pastas can now be modified easily to be gluten-free.

Following the trend of creating new, delicious vehicles for our signature flavors, guests can now order our craveable wing flavors on either our succulent “lollipop” chicken wings or on marinated and crispy cauliflower! We’ve heard our guests loud and clear that they love our wing flavors - including Buffalo, Spicy Asian Teri-dactyl, Bang Bang and Spicy Garlic Parmesan  - but are sometimes looking for a healthier, vegetarian alternative. Both wings and VINGS will be available in two sizes - small and large - but let’s be honest: You came hungry. Get the large.
 

Cravable Bites From the Brauhaus to the Bowling Lanes

When we rolled out our Giant Pretzel last year, we were just looking to give our guests a perfectly snackable pairing to our menu on-tap craft brews, served ice cold in massive mugs.

The pretzels were such a hit that we decided to expand our gastropub style offerings: Our new menu features “pretzel bites” - bite-sized nibbles served with our hummus platter, kids meals and as part of our “Brats & Bites” platter.

Combined with our new Nashville Hot Chicken Bites, KINGS is packing tons of flavor into fast and craveable bites, perfectly paired with a pint or two.

Enter: The Entrees

Speaking of Nashville Hot Chicken, for something a tad more substantial than a bite, we are rolling out the new Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. Tender fried chicken gets slathered in our kickin’ Nashville hot sauce and who are we kidding, your mouth is already watering. 
 
Meanwhile, our “South of the Border” inspired dishes are also getting an overhaul: We are adding beef and pork options to our popular Baja Street Tacos, as well as offering house made rice and beans, along with a chips and queso dip

Continuing our gastronomical around the world, our culinary team has outdone themselves, sourcing an incredible Guinness bratwurst and added it as an entree. 
 
And of course, who could forget: PASTA! We’re adding several new, craveable and exciting pasta dishes - each served with our homemade and widely celebrated focaccia bread, perfect for dipping. Try it with our Spicy Jambalaya pasta or savory Chicken Madeira Pasta.
 
Finally, we are introducing a line of refined and reinvigorated salads. While our Kale & Red Apple and Grilled Baja Chicken salads will offer our guests satisfying taste sensations, we’ve also revived an old favorite: our much beloved Greek Salad!
